FINANCIAL OBLIGATION Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

METHODS OF PAYMENT We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as a form of payment. If Client chooses to pay by monthly installments, he/she authorizes the monthly charge for the product on the Client`s credit card or debit card.

REFUNDS With the exception of the Virtual Business Collective program (see below), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase by contacting our support team at [email protected] and definitively requesting the full refund. We will NOT provide refunds after 30 days from the date of original purchase. On the 31st day, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the product, regardless of whether of not you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency. For Clients of PCMAC Technology LLC, we do NOT offer refunds.

For clients of Virtual Business Collective, we do not offer refunds however you can cancel at any time.

Sharing Information with Third Parties
PCMAC Technology LLC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
PCMAC Technology LLC may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Chaos
Control LLC, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
PCMAC Technology LLC may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on PCMAC Technology LLC or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of PCMAC Technology LLC; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of PCMAC Technology LLC, or the public.
